Help yourself to customer support with the McKesson Health Solutions Customer Hub

Are you wondering where you can access the Clinical Revisions documents? Did you miss that Webinar about annual product updates and wish you could listen to a recording? Are you having trouble finding an answer to a product-related question that has been bugging you for days? Look no further than the McKesson Health Solutions (MHS) Customer Hub. This customer-only Website provides the fastest, most direct way to start the support process for technical, clinical or business-related questions and issues.

The MHS Customer Hub is available to you whenever you need it. Whether you need to listen to a Webinar recording or resolve your product-related question, the MHS Customer Hub has the content to help you. There is content for every audience, including Clinical Revisions, Case Reviews, Policies and Procedures, QuickNotes, Errata, Product FAQs, Medicare documents and Webinar recordings. The MHS Customer Hub also includes "Knowledge Items," such as documented product support topics/resolutions, FAQs about general issues (e.g., how to get a product key or how to learn more about McKesson products), and announcements about new products, upcoming conferences/events and more.

To help you quickly find answers, the MHS Customer Hub shows you only the content related to the products you use. Powerful search functionality also helps you find the right information quickly. You can search the library of Knowledge Items to find answers to questions that others have previously asked.

You can also create a support case on the MHS Customer Hub, check its status or update its details at any time. Even after a support case has been resolved, it remains on the site for your reference. In addition, you can easily share a support case or Knowledge Item with your colleagues. Both support cases and Knowledge Items can be printed or saved in a number of formats, such as PDF, Word or Excel, to include in reports, presentations and spreadsheets.
