We wanted to take a moment to share some exciting news regarding the use of Nuance Dragon Medical One (DMO) inside of iKnowMed Generation 2.
In the past, performance issues while using Dragon outside of the Documents tab caused a great deal of frustration. Our team worked directly with Nuance to develop a newly optimized Google Chrome browser extension. The result is an enhanced user experience and improved application performance while using Dragon both inside and outside of the Documents tab.
The best part? To begin using it, users only need to relaunch the Google Chrome browser so that it can be automatically updated to the latest version of the new extension.
To validate the updated extension (20.4.38.0) is in use, follow these steps:

In Chrome, click the three vertical dots located on the far right side of the address bar.

Hover over More tools > Extensions > Details of DMO extension.
