My Care Plus Retirement Frequently Asked Questions
Following the successful launch and implementation of the Ontada Health Patient Portal, OntadaTM will retire the legacy patient portal, My Care Plus, in the spring of 2024.

Ontada made a strategic investment in the Provider portfolio to improve the patient, provider, and practice experience while enhancing the connection between patients and their care team.
In August 2023, Ontada launched Ontada Health and completed the migration of My Care Plus practices to the new patient portal in February 2024.

As Ontada prepares to retire My Care Plus, patients and practice users will no longer be able to access My Care Plus at www.mycareplusonline.com starting Friday, April 26, 2024. The site will redirect to the Ontada Health patient portal at https://www.ontadahealth.com/.

Practices should encourage patients to enroll in Ontada Health to continue access to their current and historical health record.

Starting Friday, April 26, 2024, anyone attempting to access the old My Care Plus web address will be redirected to the Ontada Health patient portal.
They will see a new banner message informing visitors that My Care Plus is no longer available as pictured in the image below:

Yes, patients enrolled in Ontada Health will be able to download their historic secure messages directly from Ontada Health Support Tools to their computer.
Additionally, practices will have the ability to download secure messages of patients, regardless of their enrollment status.
If you need help in finding a patient’s messages, please contact your Ontada Technology Account Manager.

Patients can continue to use the same support line to reach Technical Support.
Calls to support will continue to be supported and our Technical Support team will direct users to Ontada Health. Users without Ontada Health credentials will be encouraged to contact their practice to enroll in the new patient portal.
