Patient Result Download Available in Ontada Health Portal

We updated the Ontada Health patient portal to give patients greater flexibility and control over their health information. With this release, patients can now conveniently download a single result as a PDF directly from the portal. This downloadable file encompasses all relevant information displayed in the portal, offering a more accessible way for patients to manage and share their health data.

Key features

Comprehensive information

  • The downloaded PDF contains all the details available in the patient portal, ensuring a comprehensive overview of the result.

  • Attachments accompanying the result can be downloaded separately.

Patient identifiers

The PDF will contain the following patient information:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Date of birth

  • Phone number

    • Displayed based on the priority of Preferred Phone, Home, Mobile, Work, and Other from iKnowMed.

    • Only one phone number will be visible on the downloaded PDF.

Download timestamp

Each downloaded file contains a timestamp indicating the exact date and time of its generation.

How to download a result

  1. Log in to the portal and navigate to the Results page.

  2. Click the caret icon next to the desired result to display result details.

  3. In the upper right corner of the result, select the new Download Result link or icon (callout 1).

  4. If the result includes an attachment, you can also choose to download supporting document(s) by selecting the new Download Supporting Document(s) link or icon (callout 2).

  5. The files will be downloaded as PDFs to your device, allowing you to save and share health information as needed.

Fixes

We fixed a defect in the Patient Enrollment Report that caused the report to display enrollment dates that predate the existence of the Ontada Health patient portal. The report will now display accurate enrollment dates, eliminating the possibility of inaccurate reporting.
