Read-Only Environment Now Available
While service disruptions can't always be avoided, we are committed to improving your experience when they do occur. We are excited to announce the availability of the read-only environment for iKnowMed Generation 2.
Access is simple. User your current iKnowMed Generation 2 credentials to log in at: https://msh-readonly.mckesson.com/ehr/.
This environment allows users to view charts and other patient data during an outage, so you can continue engaging with patients while we're restoring the system.
You'll know you are in the read-only environment by either looking at the URL or seeing the "Read Only" label next to your practice name in the title bar.
We want you to have the best possible experience with the read-only environment, so please keep the following key items in mind:

The read-only environment is refreshed at 1 a.m. PT from production, so information is less than 24-hours old. There are exception, such as immediately following a software release, but every 24 hours is the standard.

Any data added to production between refreshes will not be available in the read-only environment until the following day.

Any data added, changed, or deleted in the read-only environment will not be updated in production.

The Message Center is not available. You can view messages via the Patient Message List.

The Nursing Care tab is not available. Access the information by running the Nurse Note report in the Flowsheets tab.

While individual Worklist Queues are not available, you can use the Unified Sign Queue.
